TV star couple Peter Stefanovic and Sylvia Jeffreys have listed their stunning Double Bay terrace for auction and are on the hunt for a new home with young sons Henry and Oscar.
The four-bedroom terrace with two-and-a-half bathrooms in Epping Rd is scheduled to go under the hammer on August 22 with a $4.5m price guide via Oliver Lavers of The Rubinstein Group.
Stefanovic, a co-host of First Edition on Sky News Australia, and Jeffreys, co-host of Today Extra on Channel 9, had bought the home on a 186 sqm block for $2.7m in 2016.

The couple have made several significant improvements since buying the terrace for $2.7m in 2016.
Adding off-street parking for two cars was a master-stroke.
But they’ve made a couple of smart changes, adding off-street parking for two cars — previously there was none — and created an impressive outdoor entertainment area with inbuilt seating and barbecue in the rear courtyard.
The property boasts flow-through living areas, is full of natural light and features quality appointments and finishes, including polished timber floors and a fresh neutral decor.
The kitchen offers gas appliances and marble finishes with a walk-in pantry, while the bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Jefferys, 37, and Stefanovic, 42, were colleagues at Channel 9 — she was on the Today Show and he was a foreign correspondent — when they met in 2014, bumping into each other in the TV station’s car park.
Stefanovic told Kyle and Jackie O: “There’s sparks! You see sparks!”.
But with Stefanovic working overseas, the pair built their friendship and romance blossomed after he returned to Australia in mid-2015.

He popped the question in a French vineyard in 2016 — the same year they bought the house — and they were married the following year in Kangaroo Valley.
Oscar was born in early 2020 and Henry arrived a little more than a year later.
The couple are now looking for a larger family home in Sydney’s east.
In May 2019 it was announced that Stefanovic would join Sky News Australia to co-host First Edition with Laura Jayes.
Jeffreys co-hosts Today Extra with David Campbell. She has previously been a news presenter on Today, reporter and presenter on Nine News and reporter on A Current Affair.
