ExpertFlyer, a tool that many frequent fliers use for fare and availability searches, has been acting up for the past two days.
Once you are logged in, there is a notice on their website that they have issues with some of their data providers, and pleas for patience and understanding.
You can access ExpertFlyer here.
Note that we have been in touch with ExpertFlyer to find out if they have an idea when the service is up and running, and we will update this piece when and if we get a response.
Notice on ExpertFlyer:
Notice: Please excuse the inconvenience caused by the current outages our data providers are experiencing. We apologize for any disruption this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your understanding.
Flight Availability Search:
Nothing comes up beside the error message.
It appears to be working without issues.
ExpertFlyer is a handy tool for frequent fliers to pull up fares, fare rules + flight availability.
The service has become a bit less valuable due to how airlines decide fare class availability that can now be based on the fare and origin and destination, and not only the city pair.
Let’s hope they can soon fix the issue with their availability supplier.
